Within AKTUA, the architect studio is a department that works with the entire construction team in carrying out bio-sustainable construction projects in Castellón.
Castellón area, especially in the interior of the province, has a mild climate but with more pronounced temperature in both summer and winter, having to protect houses to cold and heat. Due to its low relative humidity in summer you can live confortably without air conditioning equipment, if a bioclimatic design is done correctly. However in winter an energy supply for heating is needed. This contribution will be lower with optimal bioclimatic design .
