This certificate will specify a scale of seven letters from A to G, the level of CO2 emissions of the house compared to the dimensions of the building.<br \/>\nThus, it is intended that the buyer or tenant to &#8221; assess and compare the energy efficiency as an added factor for making decisions to buy or rent .&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0These certifications must be registered in an official register in Valencia .
