Welcome to AKTUA, an architectural studio with more than 20 years of experience, located in the heart of Segorbe, Castellón. Our trajectory has been built on a passion for sustainable architecture, with the firm purpose of enriching people’s lives and contributing to collective wellbeing through the design of spaces that harmonise with the environment.

First sight

We make a visit to the site, so that you can tell us your ideas and we can get to know the place where the project is going to be materialised.

Preliminary study

We make a study to create with your budget the best housing and to achieve it we work as a team client/aktua to guarantee a good experience.

Final project

Once the project has been defined, we carry out the technical work so that everything flows smoothly during the construction work.

Work

Before starting the work, we will accompany you to different sites so that together we can choose the finishes for your home.

Control

Our architect will accompany you to the building site to check the construction and answer any questions you may have. and answer any questions that may arise.

Documentation

We will provide technical and photographic documentation, which we will include in our social networks and website if they allow it, so that more families can become involved in this beautiful process.
