The bioclimatic house faces south and is protected by fixed cantilevers with specific dimensions that have control of the sun throughout the year.
Isolates are increased for energy savings. The bioclimatic house is raised by a ventilated chamber for isolating the terrain.
The tank and green roof increases the inertia of the covers and improves comfort inside the bioclimatic house. Rainwater is collected and reused for irrigation of the garden.
